The Client acknowledges that a refund is not available when the application package has been completed or submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nAvailability, Errors and Inaccuracies<\/h4>\n We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.<\/p>\n
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.<\/p>\n
Prices Policy<\/h4>\n The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.<\/p>\n
The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.<\/p>\n
Payments<\/h4>\n All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).<\/p>\n
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.<\/p>\n

Termination<\/h3>\n We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service.<\/p>\n
The Client acknowledges the Consultant reserves the right to rescind and revoke this Agreement at any time if the information given to either the Consultant or Canadian officials is found to be untruthful, misleading, or misrepresented; and all fees paid to the Consultant will not be returned or refunded.<\/p>\n
Should the Client wish to withdraw the application, the Client agrees to pay any outstanding professional fees up to and including the date of such withdrawal. Any unused fees paid to the Consultant in Client Account will be refunded to the Client. It is up to the Client to seek a refund from the Canadian government for fees paid if applicable. the Client shall forward written notice of withdrawal to the Consultant.<\/p>\n
In case the Client fails, neglects, ignores, abandons, or discontinues to contact or respond to the Consultant for designated information or documentation for 60 days, the Consultant may terminate this agreement, and all fees paid will be forfeited.<\/p>\n
Client Responsibilities and Commitments<\/h3>\n The Client must provide, upon request from the RCIC:<\/p>\n
\u2022 All necessary documentation. \n\u2022 All documentation in English or French, or with an English translation.<\/p>\n
The Client agrees to cooperate with the Consultant on all matters pertaining to the application.<\/p>\n
The Client understands that he\/she must be accurate and honest in the information he\/she provides and that any misrepresentations or omissions may void this Agreement, or seriously affect the outcome of the application or the retention of any immigration status he\/she may obtain. The RCIC\u2019s obligations under the Retainer Agreement are null and void if the Client knowingly provides any inaccurate, misleading or false material information. The Client\u2019s financial obligations remain.<\/p>\n
In the event Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) or Provincial Government Administrator or processing Visa Office should contact the Client directly, the Client is instructed to notify the RCIC immediately.<\/p>\n
The Client is to immediately advise the RCIC of any change in the marital, family, employment status, health problems, criminal records or civil status or change of physical address or contact information for any person included in the application.<\/p>\n
In the event of a Joint Retainer Agreement, the Clients agree that the RCIC must share information among all Clients, as required. Furthermore, if a conflict develops that cannot be resolved, the RCIC cannot continue to act for both or all of the Clients and may have to withdraw completely from representation.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.<\/p>\n
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and\/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.<\/p>\n
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer<\/h3>\n The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.<\/p>\n

Disputes Resolution<\/h3>\n If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.<\/p>\n
In the event of a dispute related to the Professional Services provided by the RCIC, the Client and RCIC are to make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter between the two parties. In the event a resolution cannot be reached, the Client is to present the complaint in writing to the RCIC and allow the RCIC 30 days to respond to the Client. In the event the dispute is still unresolved, the Client may follow the complaint and discipline procedure outlined by the Council on their website: www.iccrccrcic.ca.<\/p>\n
